Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain scalable APIs in Go.
- Build and evolve high-traffic, user-facing pages ensuring fast load times and excellent usability.
- Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and designers to deliver new features end-to-end.
- Improve system performance, monitoring, and developer experience across the stack.
- Drive technical design, code quality, and architectural improvements.
- Implement A/B tests and rollout strategies for new features.
- Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance across all user-facing APIs.
- Review code, mentor teammates, and contribute to technical interviews.
Requirements
- Significant experience designing and implementing full stack applications.
- Strong experience with a backend programming language, preferably Go.
- Solid frontend experience with JavaScript, modern HTML/CSS, and utility-first CSS frameworks.
- Understanding of API design, data modeling, and distributed systems.
- Experience with PostgreSQL, Redis, and event-driven architectures.
- Ability to write clean, modular, and maintainable code.
- Comfortable balancing technical debt and business priorities.
- Independent, goal-oriented, and collaborative with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent English skills and located in a European time zone.
- Formal education in Computer Science or a related field.
