Responsibilities

Develop, modify, and execute test plans, test cases, test scripts, and test suites from business requirements or vendor specifications.
Test software, hardware, application configurations, and services to verify compliance with design specifications and organizational quality standards.
Automate regression tests and help ensure code quality.
Participate throughout the software development life cycle, including developing quality standards and documenting testing processes and outcomes.
Create test data, perform defect testing, document issues, and report progress on problem resolution to management.
Collaborate with Project Managers, Business Analysts, Software Engineers, technical support specialists, and geographically distributed team members.
Maintain clear and thorough testing documentation and contribute to QA procedures, metrics, analyses, and reports.
Handle confidential and proprietary company and client data while following defined processes.

1–3 years of experience in a QA or testing role involving software testing across multiple browsers or platforms.
Bachelor's degree in computer science or computer information systems, or equivalent experience.
Strong understanding of Salesforce functionalities, components, and modules, including Service Cloud, Flows, and validation rules.
Hands-on experience with test automation tools or frameworks such as Selenium, Tosca, the Apex Test Framework, Cypress, or WebDriverIO.
Proficiency in relevant programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies, CI/CD, and DevOps workflows.
Experience with defect tracking tools such as Azure DevOps or Jira and relevant test management tools.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow defined processes.

The role is based in India and works with team members across India and the United States.
The position is listed at the Senior Analyst level.
