Responsibilities

  • Design enterprise AI solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, Azure AI Search, Microsoft 365 Copilot, and the broader Microsoft AI ecosystem.
  • Develop autonomous and semi-autonomous AI agents with decision logic, guardrails, confidence thresholds, human-in-the-loop checkpoints, exception handling, and audit trails.
  • Integrate AI agents with enterprise systems, APIs, databases, SaaS applications, and automation platforms.
  • Design multi-agent workflows and orchestration patterns.
  • Design, develop, test, and deploy agentic process automation solutions combining AI agents, RPA, integrations, and human-in-the-loop processes.
  • Use UiPath Cloud Platform and Power Platform capabilities including UiPath Studio, Document Understanding, Integration Service, Action Center, Apps, Communications Mining, AI Center, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
  • Conduct discovery workshops and recommend automation platforms or combinations of tools based on business outcomes, risk, scalability, maintainability, security, and cost.
  • Modernize existing RPA solutions with AI and agentic capabilities.
  • Define and execute functional, regression, integration, user acceptance, AI response, confidence threshold, exception, human review, and model output testing.
  • Prepare solution designs, runbooks, deployment manifests, process maps, and technical specifications.
  • Provide technical leadership through code reviews, development standards, governance, and mentoring.
  • Own the development, maintenance, support, upgrades, operational stability, and availability of automation solutions.
  • Partner with AI Delivery, AI Strategy, Data, Security, and Enterprise Architecture teams on advanced AI patterns and architecture.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience developing AI agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, or similar agentic platforms.
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot extensibility and declarative agents.
  • At least 3 years of advanced hands-on experience with UiPath and intelligent automation technologies.
  • Knowledge of prompt engineering, prompt configuration, AI service consumption patterns, confidence scoring, retrieval-augmented generation, and responsible AI principles.
  • Experience designing human-in-the-loop workflows for AI-enabled solutions.
  • Knowledge of AI governance, explainability, auditability, monitoring, escalation paths, and exception handling.
  • Experience building automated testing frameworks and quality assurance processes for automation and AI solutions.
  • Ability to assess and recommend technology platforms and solution architectures based on business objectives, risk, scalability, maintainability, and total cost of ownership.
  • Strong communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience facilitating workshops, partner engagement sessions, and solution design discussions.
  • Ability to mentor developers and conduct code reviews.
  • Preferred: certifications in Microsoft AI, Azure AI, Copilot Studio, business analysis, or related technologies.
  • Preferred: exposure to responsible AI, AI governance, model evaluation, and AI operationalization.
  • Preferred: UiPath Solution Architect or UiPath Agentic Automation Professional Certification.
  • Preferred: experience in business analysis or process improvement and software development.
  • Preferred: experience with requirements gathering, business process analysis and mapping, stakeholder workshops, process assessments, and SME interviews.
  • Preferred: experience implementing enterprise agentic AI solutions using multi-agent architectures.
