Base Salary
$123k - $189k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop and evolve behavior validation products, including scorecards, protocol analysis workflows, and dashboards.
- Contribute to product roadmaps, technical plans, success metrics, and AV launch and release decision processes.
- Use Pareto analysis, metric quality assessments, and other data-driven techniques to prioritize product improvements.
- Translate stakeholder needs into requirements, technical designs, and measurable outcomes.
- Prototype and implement improvements using Python and related technologies.
- Build reliable interfaces between data pipelines, analytical workflows, and front-end dashboards.
- Improve the scalability, reliability, performance, and maintainability of validation tools and services.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience; an advanced degree is a plus.
- Experience in software engineering, systems engineering, data products, validation, or a related technical discipline.
- Demonstrated experience contributing to software products, systems, data tools, or technical initiatives.
- Proficiency in Python for prototyping, data analysis, automation, or production development.
- Experience with data pipelines, APIs, analytical workflows, or front-end integrations.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with technical and product partners.
- Familiarity with autonomous vehicle development, ADAS systems, or robotics is preferred.
- Experience with data visualization, reporting tools, simulation environments, or validation frameworks is preferred.
- Ability to drive cross-functional alignment and deliver impactful product improvements is preferred.
