Base Salary
$80k - $150k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead technical onboarding with customers to understand hiring goals and constraints.
- Translate customer needs into structured interview flows and scoring rubrics.
- Design and refine prompts and agent logic for interviewer behavior.
- Implement multi-step structured interview flows with state management.
- Design and maintain AI-based evaluation and scoring systems.
- Launch new customer interviewers into production and manage iteration cycles.
- Build QA/evaluation pipelines to measure conversation quality and scoring accuracy.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience with LLMs, NLP systems, or AI agents in production.
- Experience designing and deploying agent workflows that operate at scale.
- Strong understanding of prompt engineering and conversational edge cases.
- Experience with evaluation/testing/QA frameworks for AI systems.
- Comfort in customer-facing roles and technical discovery.
- Strong analytical mindset focused on accuracy and bias mitigation.
