Responsibilities
- Develop ITSM and custom application solutions within ServiceNow based on customer requirements.
- Lead, manage, and support the ITSM development team.
- Collaborate with development groups to deploy ServiceNow updates and troubleshoot platform issues.
- Drive outcomes, resolve challenges, and support innovation across development teams.
Requirements
- Technical training, certification(s), or a degree.
- At least 3 years of related experience; the job qualifications also state 5+ years of related experience.
- Proficiency with JavaScript and portal development using HTML/CSS, AngularJS, and Jelly/XML.
- Experience or understanding of Agile, ServiceNow ITSM, CMDB, Platform, SAM, HAM, SPM, and APM.
- U.S. citizenship is required.
