Base Salary
$80k - $266k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and implement accelerated-computing infrastructure solutions across cloud, on-premises, and hybrid environments.
- Deploy, configure, and operate GPU-based clusters in bare-metal and containerized environments using Kubernetes and workload schedulers.
- Build reusable scripts, self-service capabilities, infrastructure tools, and automation workflows for provisioning, configuration, validation, monitoring, capacity planning, incident management, and remediation.
- Establish operational processes for patching, monitoring, incident response, lifecycle management, and governance.
- Automate GPU, compute, storage, and network benchmarking and diagnose performance issues across distributed workloads.
- Provide troubleshooting and optimization guidance for AI training, inference, HPC, and multi-node simulation workloads.
- Maintain architecture diagrams, configuration baselines, operational runbooks, and support documentation.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience designing, deploying, and managing accelerated-computing infrastructure across on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments.
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience with GPUs, DPUs, CPUs, high-bandwidth network fabrics, parallel file systems, and NVMe-oF or similar AI storage architectures.
- At least 5 years of experience with cluster management, workload scheduling, orchestration, observability, and infrastructure automation using platforms such as Kubernetes, Slurm, and Run:ai.
- At least 6 months of hands-on experience with Claude Code, AI automation tools, Terraform, Ansible, Python, and Bash scripting.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with an associate degree requiring at least 6 years of work experience.
- Preferred experience includes AI infrastructure automation, AgenticOps, REST APIs, OpenAPI, JSON/YAML schemas, webhooks, event-driven integrations, large-scale GPU clusters, reliability engineering, and performance validation.
- Preferred experience includes NVIDIA Base Command Manager, NGC, NCCL, CUDA-X, NVAIE, Dynamo, CoreWeave, Nebius, LLM deployment, model tuning, and troubleshooting.
- Industry certifications in accelerated-computing infrastructure, public cloud, infrastructure automation, networking, or security are a plus.
