Responsibilities
- Design, build, configure, and customize Workday applications to support business processes and application requirements.
- Serve as a subject-matter expert and provide solutions to problems for the immediate team and multiple teams.
- Make team decisions and contribute to key cross-functional decisions.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues involving Workday compensation and benefits modules.
- Lead process-improvement efforts across the team and projects.
- Mentor junior team members and coordinate cross-functional communication.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of professional experience is required.
- At least 8 years of experience in Workday Advanced Compensation is required.
- Proficiency in Workday Advanced Compensation and Workday Benefits is required.
- Strong knowledge of Workday application configuration and customization techniques is required.
- Experience designing scalable and maintainable solutions in Workday environments is required.
- Familiarity with integration methods and tools used in Workday implementations is required.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
