Responsibilities
- Identify and manage project deliverables.
- Lead the design, optimization, and standardization of annotation processes and prompts across AI use cases.
- Define and govern annotation schemas, taxonomies, evaluation rubrics, prompt frameworks, quality benchmarks, calibration processes, and escalation protocols.
- Review complex or high-risk AI outputs and provide authoritative quality judgments.
- Evaluate prompt performance at scale and recommend improvements using data-driven insights.
- Identify bias, hallucinations, and systemic risks in AI outputs and recommend mitigation strategies.
- Support AI governance, compliance, and responsible AI initiatives.
- Collaborate with data scientists, content reviewers, and product teams.
- Improve delivery processes through continuous learning and new AI modeling and data annotation approaches.
- Mentor and coach junior and intermediate annotators and prompt engineers.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology, or a master's degree in Software Engineering.
- Certified Software Tester (CSTE) certification through Tricentis.
- Advanced English proficiency at C1 level.
- Experience with automated testing, QA automation, quality assurance, quality management, quality consulting, and test process improvement.
- Knowledge of Appium, Cucumber, Cypress, iTKO LISA, Selenium, and TOSCA Testsuite.
- Experience with firmware testing.
