Responsibilities
- Design and build backend services and APIs for native reporting dashboards, including row-level security.
- Ship full-stack features for the conversation analytics interface.
- Maintain the full stack for Adhoc reports.
- Partner with product and design to turn analytics requirements into performant, reliable features.
- Own performance, scalability, and data correctness for reporting systems handling large volumes of analytics data.
Requirements
- Strong backend engineering experience with APIs, services, data modeling, and performance at scale.
- Solid full-stack skills and comfort working on frontend features when needed.
- Experience with analytics, reporting, or data-heavy products is a plus.
- Comfort working with large datasets, aggregations, and query optimization.
- Familiarity with row-level security and data access control patterns is a plus.
- Demonstrated builder mindset focused on shipping and iterating.
