Responsibilities
- Own the technical direction and architecture of custom software solutions.
- Lead teams through software design and delivery while mentoring team members.
- Establish development standards, lead code reviews, and enforce coding quality.
- Design scalable and maintainable software systems and address performance and debugging concerns.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support seamless integration and delivery.
- Evaluate and improve development processes, contribute solutions, and participate actively in team discussions.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience with Playwright.
- Strong knowledge of software architecture principles and best practices.
- Experience designing scalable and maintainable software systems.
- Ability to lead code reviews and enforce coding standards.
- Familiarity with performance optimization and debugging techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- 15 years of full-time education.
