Responsibilities

  • Designs, develops, executes, and troubleshoots software solutions for the Capital Reporting product.
  • Produces architecture and design artifacts for complex applications and ensures software code meets design constraints.
  • Identifies patterns in data and drives improvements to coding hygiene and system architecture.
  • Leads adoption of enterprise-authorized AI-assisted engineering and automation practices, including validation for correctness, performance, and security.
  • Contributes to software engineering communities of practice and events exploring emerging technologies.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of applied full-stack technology experience.
  • Hands-on experience with Java, Python, system design, application development, testing, and operational stability.
  • Experience with cloud or microservices architectures and developing, debugging, and maintaining code in a large corporate environment.
  • Knowledge of modern programming languages, database querying languages, and the software development life cycle.
  • Experience leading responsible adoption of AI-assisted software development tools and coaching engineers on secure, compliant use.
  • Preferred experience with AWS, Spark, Databricks, relational databases, and the financial services industry.
