Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design and enhance Microsoft Power Platform systems, including automations, applications, data visualizations, and data transformations.
- Review technical work and deliverables for quality, accuracy, completeness, responsiveness, and compliance with client requirements.
- Lead technical discussions, prepare and review technical communications, and mentor team members on effective communication.
- Track project progress, report on schedules, and support internal and client-facing timeline updates.
- Engage with clients and stakeholders by presenting software findings or demos and serving as a point of contact for assigned deliverables.
- Identify opportunities for enhancements or follow-on projects aligned with client needs.
Requirements
- High school degree and 9 or more years of relevant experience; additional education may substitute for experience.
- Intermediate experience developing business solutions with Microsoft Power Automate and Power Apps.
- Intermediate experience importing, cleaning, and transforming complex data from multiple sources in Power Query and resolving data integrity issues.
- Advanced skills with Microsoft Excel, SharePoint, and Teams, plus proficiency in Word and PowerPoint.
- Experience documenting requirements, analyzing complex data, presenting results to clients, and identifying workflow and solution improvements.
- Intermediate experience developing and executing quality control processes.
- Ability to work independently, mentor team members, and coordinate tasks with supervisor support as needed.
- U.S. citizenship is required.
- Preferred qualifications include knowledge of AI tools and their limitations and risks, relevant Microsoft certifications, and government defense contracting experience.
