Responsibilities
- Develop SAP BTP services and applications using SAP Cloud Application Programming Model, CDS, OData v4, business logic, validation, and authorization.
- Create SAP Fiori and SAPUI5 interfaces, APIs, and services connecting SAP and non-SAP processes.
- Build SAP Integration Suite flows, mappings, API policies, event-driven integrations, retry logic, alerting, and monitoring.
- Write unit and integration tests, participate in code reviews, and maintain continuous integration and deployment pipelines.
- Support testing, defect resolution, cutover, production stabilization, and root-cause correction.
- Produce technical documentation, deployment guides, and handover material.
- Expand reusable components, templates, and code samples and support onboarding of new developers.
Requirements
- At least six years of software development experience, including at least three years working with SAP BTP.
- At least three years of experience with Node.js or Java, CDS modeling, and OData v4 service design.
- At least three years of experience with SAPUI5, Fiori Elements, JavaScript or TypeScript, SQL, and SAP HANA Cloud.
- At least two years of experience with SAP Integration Suite, including an event-driven scenario.
- Hands-on experience with XSUAA, destinations, on-premises connectivity, and principal propagation.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, information technology, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in French and English.
- Preferred qualifications include ABAP Cloud, RAP, SAP Build Apps, SAP Build Process Automation, Kyma, containers, Kubernetes, Python, SAP enterprise architecture, TOGAF, SAP LeanIX, cloud architecture, SAP Activate, RISE with SAP, mergers and acquisitions, or assessment of SAP AI and agentic capabilities.
- SAP BTP Extensions with CAP, Integration Suite, Fiori, or ABAP Cloud certification is an asset.
