Responsibilities
- Build systems that integrate with clinical workflows and EHRs.
- Simplify clinical complexity for clinicians through user-friendly experiences.
- Write clean, testable code with strong interfaces and error handling.
- Take ownership of outcomes and ensure solutions improve practice revenue.
- Develop AI-assisted workflow functionalities with human oversight.
- Collaborate closely with team members in a highly interactive environment.
- Learn about healthcare operations to inform product improvements.
Requirements
- 5+ years of software engineering experience with complex systems.
- Strong full-stack development skills and experience with user-facing products.
- Sound engineering judgment and ability to make sensible trade-offs.
- Demonstrated ownership and follow-through on commitments.
- Collaborative working style with a focus on feedback and shared progress.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and capable of solving messy problems.
- Fluency with AI coding tools and modern development practices.
- Experience with agentic frameworks and event-driven architectures is a plus.
