Responsibilities
- Serve as the go-to AI expert across client engagements.
- Design end-to-end AI architectures covering data pipelines, model-training environments, integrations, and MLOps strategies.
- Evaluate and select AI frameworks, tools, and models and support make-versus-buy decisions.
- Ensure AI solutions meet security, ethical, reliability, and enterprise requirements.
- Identify valuable AI use cases and contribute to AI strategies, roadmaps, workshops, hackathons, and architecture discussions.
- Provide technical leadership in machine learning, generative AI, and agentic AI.
- Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, data engineers, and DevOps engineers to deploy AI solutions.
- Monitor and improve AI systems using performance metrics, A/B testing, and optimization techniques.
- Research emerging AI technologies, assess their business impact, and promote AI adoption and knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Several years of proven experience working with AI applications and modern AI technologies, including machine learning, generative AI, LLMs, or agentic AI.
- Experience with TensorFlow or PyTorch and major AI cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or SAP AI.
- Strong understanding of AI architecture design and implementation, MLOps, and production deployment of AI systems.
- Industrial-environment experience, experience with AI agents and workflow automation, and experience with AI Centers of Excellence or AI programs are advantageous.
- Excellent English communication and presentation skills; German is a plus.
- Willingness to travel for initial onboarding and occasional workshops.
