Base Salary
$350k - $475k/yr
Responsibilities
- Triage and resolve customer issues across the full stack.
- Build tools, integrations, and automation to reduce time-to-resolution.
- Write and maintain high-quality documentation and cookbook recipes.
- Partner with research and infrastructure teams to prioritize engineering work.
- Inform Tinker's product roadmap based on customer interactions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in computer science, engineering, or similar.
- Experience fine-tuning large language models with supervised and reinforcement learning methods.
- Experience debugging distributed systems and training infrastructure.
- Proficiency in at least one backend language, preferably Python or Rust.
- 5+ years of software engineering experience in customer-facing roles is preferred.
