Responsibilities
- Lead proof-of-value engagements and deployments with key customers.
- Translate business objectives into technical solutions demonstrating ROI.
- Build and deliver high-impact demos and reference architectures.
- Act as a trusted advisor across all organizational levels.
- Collaborate with sales, product, and engineering teams to drive success.
- Provide structured feedback to influence product direction.
Requirements
- 5+ years of customer-facing experience in engineering or solutions architecture.
- Strong technical foundation with Ray and its real-world applications.
- Proven success in driving enterprise adoption of complex SaaS or ML/AI solutions.
- Experience engaging with both executive and technical stakeholders.
- Customer-first mindset with a track record of measurable impact.
- Willingness to travel frequently and work onsite with customers.
