Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end technical solutions that connect product vision, system architecture, technology decisions, and operational AI workflows.
- Own the technical direction of intelligent agentic systems and portal infrastructure supporting agent-integrated workflows.
- Develop and prototype AI applications using LLM integration, prompt engineering, agent orchestration, React, and modern web patterns.
- Design, implement, and integrate workflow automation solutions using platforms such as Camunda, Pega BPM, or Pega RPA.
- Act as a knowledge engineer for enterprise documentation, knowledge, retrieval, assistant, and search systems.
- Analyze user feedback, usage data, operational behavior, costs, performance, and production learnings to improve solutions.
- Provide technical direction and mentorship to development teams and collaborate with solution architects on governance and enterprise standards.
- Rapidly build and validate working prototypes while balancing innovation with production-grade reliability.
Requirements
- Ability to design end-to-end technical solutions balancing business requirements, technical feasibility, and operational constraints.
- Fluency in Python, JavaScript, and/or Java.
- Strong hands-on experience developing AI agents, including LLM integration, prompt engineering, and agentic workflows for complex operational processes.
- Proven experience with workflow automation platforms such as Camunda, Pega, or similar BPM/RPA tools, including design, implementation, and integration patterns.
- Track record of rapidly prototyping and validating working solutions.
- Preferred: 5+ years of modern full-stack web application development experience, including React, API design, and scalable systems.
- Preferred: understanding of enterprise banking operations and operational workflows.
- Preferred: experience with responsible AI, governance frameworks, and AI quality or monitoring.
- Preferred: background as a knowledge engineer or experience building enterprise knowledge and retrieval systems.
