Responsibilities
- Implement geometry-related features in the C++ stack.
- Maintain and evolve the central geometry library.
- Develop geometry-heavy features involving triangle meshes and geometric algorithms.
- Support direct integration of geometry capabilities into design applications.
- Provide high-quality code reviews and improve code quality.
- Collaborate with developers across product teams.
- Independently implement smaller backend and geometry features.
- Contribute to maintaining and improving GeometryCore.
Requirements
- Professional experience with modern C++, ideally C++20.
- Strong understanding of geometry processing and triangle mesh algorithms.
- Solid experience with Eigen.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.
- Experience working in larger codebases.
- Background in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a similar field.
- Experience with geometry libraries such as OpenMesh, libigl, CDT, or Manifold is beneficial.
- Experience with CAD/CAM workflows and concepts is beneficial.
- Experience with web deployment of C++, such as Emscripten, is beneficial.
- JavaScript or TypeScript web development experience, ideally with browser-based 3D visualization, is beneficial.
- Rust experience is beneficial.
- Candidates should be able to contribute with limited onboarding and demonstrate proactive communication and structured problem-solving.

- Annual base salary range of €60,000 to €99,900 for Berlin at 40 hours per week.
- Potential eligibility for incentive compensation such as bonuses or commissions, where applicable.
