Responsibilities
- Design scalable, highly available, secure infrastructure solutions using cloud services.
- Contribute to SAP technical designs for cloud integration and implementation.
- Partner with platform partners and Basis teams to document compliant solutions.
- Gather requirements, define project scope, and support strategic initiatives.
- Participate in design and code reviews and collaborate on automation development.
- Plan and support application and system migrations to the cloud.
- Coordinate application onboarding with operations and architecture teams.
- Integrate cloud systems with non-cloud technologies, SaaS services, third-party products, and SAP environments.
- Develop SAP solution roadmaps and strategic plans.
- Establish onboarding processes and improve service-request intake for automation.
- Assess emerging cloud and SAP technologies and communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Requirements
- University degree and at least 8 years of relevant experience, an advanced degree and at least 5 years of experience, or 12 years of relevant experience without a degree.
- Experience with Windows and RHEL operating systems, including authentication, RBAC controls, patching, hardening, group policy, and clustering concepts.
- Experience integrating SSO providers, particularly PING and Entra SSO.
- Experience with IIS, Apache, and Tomcat in IaaS and Azure PaaS environments, including commercial and GovCloud implementations.
- Experience with database technologies and data interchange formats including SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, XML, and JSON.
- Experience with cloud services such as AKS, ANAF/ANF, and load balancers.
- Experience with Terraform, Ansible, Git, and Jenkins.
- Preferred experience integrating applications with SAP environments.
- Preferred experience with backup and recovery, virtualization, cloud-based solutions, and HANA System Replication.
- Knowledge of CIS Benchmarks, NIST 800-53, NIST 800-171, FedRAMP, ISO/IEC 27001, SOX, and PCI DSS.
