Base Salary
$184k - $357k/yr
Responsibilities
- Create and integrate AI agents to improve VLSI design-flow efficiency, productivity, and quality.
- Design and implement algorithms and models that optimize VLSI design processes.
- Develop software tools and frameworks supporting AI integration into VLSI design.
- Analyze data to identify patterns and insights for AI-driven design methodologies.
- Collaborate with VLSI design, machine-learning, and software-engineering experts.
- Stay current with machine learning, deep learning, and VLSI development advances.
Requirements
- Bachelor's, master's, or PhD in computer science, electrical/computer engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 6+ years of experience building AI-driven software systems, ideally for complex engineering workflows.
- Strong Python programming skills and experience developing production-quality systems.
- Experience designing and applying AI agents or learning-based decision systems, such as reinforcement learning, planning, or LLM-based agents.
- Proficiency with PyTorch and TensorFlow and data-driven model development.
- Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills.
- Preferred: experience with large language models and their applications in software and AI development.
- Preferred: proficiency with version control, testing, and CI/CD.
Benefits
- Base salary ranges from 184,000 USD to 287,500 USD for Level 4 and from 224,000 USD to 356,500 USD for Level 5.
- Eligible for equity and benefits.
