Lead Engineer - AI Engineering

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with domain experts to translate business needs into effective LLM prompts.
- Develop, test, and refine prompts for accuracy and relevance across multiple use cases.
- Work with software developers to integrate LLM solutions into new and existing applications.
- Contribute to a scalable prompt-engineering framework that supports reuse and knowledge sharing across business units.
- Gather and analyze user feedback to improve prompt effectiveness.
- Monitor LLM technology developments and contribute to tool and platform selection decisions.
- Document prompt-engineering processes, best practices, and use-case outcomes.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience.
- Experience with prompt engineering and familiarity with OpenAI GPT models, Hugging Face, or similar tools.
- Proficiency in Python or other programming languages used in AI/ML development.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, communication skills, and ability to explain technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders.
- Ability to collaborate effectively and adapt to changing project requirements.
