Responsibilities
- Design and implement client-specific enhancements in Blue Yonder Dispatcher.
- Develop and optimize Oracle SQL and PL/SQL solutions.
- Build and maintain operational reports using JasperReports/Jaspersoft.
- Configure and troubleshoot Dispatcher Merge rules and RF/RDT processes.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical WMS changes.
- Investigate complex production issues across application logic, workflows, and data.
- Support testing and migration of changes across Test, UAT, and Production.
- Collaborate with business users, technical teams, and stakeholders.
- Maintain technical documentation and follow controlled release and change-management processes.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with Blue Yonder Dispatcher, JDA Dispatcher, or RedPrairie Dispatcher.
- Strong Oracle SQL and PL/SQL skills.
- Experience configuring or customizing Dispatcher.
- Understanding of warehouse processes including receiving, replenishment, inventory, picking, packing, and dispatch.
- Experience with RF/RDT warehouse processes.
- Experience supporting releases into UAT and Production.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Experience with JasperReports, Merge rules, and Dispatcher reporting/configuration is preferred.
