Responsibilities
- Own the technical direction and architecture of custom software solutions.
- Lead teams through the design, development, and delivery lifecycle.
- Establish and enforce development standards for code quality, performance, scalability, and maintainability.
- Make team decisions and contribute to decisions across multiple teams.
- Design and optimize data workflows, pipelines, warehouses, and integrations.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts for seamless software integration and delivery.
- Mentor team members and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience is required; the posting additionally states a minimum of 5 years in Data Engineering.
- Proficiency in Data Engineering is required.
- Strong knowledge of data pipeline design, data warehousing, and data integration techniques.
- Experience with cloud-based data platforms and distributed computing frameworks.
- Ability to optimize data workflows for performance and scalability.
- Familiarity with database management systems and data modeling concepts.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex data-related issues and implement effective solutions.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
