Responsibilities
- Build, deliver, and maintain reliable, scalable, performant, and usable infrastructure platforms and products.
- Monitor infrastructure and system performance, manage incidents, resolve outages and vulnerabilities, and improve mean time to resolution.
- Develop automation and scripts to reduce manual intervention and improve operational efficiency.
- Implement secure infrastructure configurations and controls to protect hardware, software, and data.
- Collaborate with product managers, architects, and engineers to define infrastructure requirements and integrate solutions.
- Lead collaborative assignments, advise stakeholders on complex issues, manage operational risk, and strengthen controls and procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 7–12 years of professional experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with AWS services including EC2, ECS, EKS, S3, DynamoDB, IAM, Lambda, CloudWatch, and API Gateway.
- Proficiency with CI/CD pipelines, log aggregation tools such as CloudWatch Logs and ELK, and Infrastructure-as-Code using CloudFormation.
- Strong understanding of ITIL incident, change, and problem management practices in banking or financial environments.
- Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills.
- Python or Java scripting skills for operational automation are desirable.
- DevOps experience is desirable.
