Responsibilities
- Define requirements and deliver robust software solutions with engineers, product managers, and stakeholders.
- Design and implement LLM-driven agent services for software design, code generation, documentation, test creation, and observability on AWS.
- Develop agent orchestration and communication layers using frameworks such as A2A SDK, LangGraph, and AutoGen.
- Integrate AI agents with Jira, Bitbucket, GitHub, Terraform, and monitoring platforms.
- Contribute to system design, SDK development, and data pipelines supporting agent intelligence.
- Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to junior engineers and team members.
- Drive adoption and governance of approved AI-assisted engineering practices, including code review, refactoring, test acceleration, release readiness, and incident analysis.
- Establish validation standards for correctness, performance, security, secure coding, peer review, automated testing, and responsible AI usage.
Requirements
- Formal training or certification in software engineering concepts and at least 5 years of applied experience.
- Experience in software engineering using AI technologies.
- Hands-on experience with Python, Pydantic, FastAPI, LangGraph, vector databases, RAG-based AI agent solutions, multi-agent orchestration, and end-to-end AWS pipelines.
- Experience integrating LLMs and applying prompt and context engineering with LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, MCP, and A2A.
- Understanding of Terraform, Kubernetes, Docker, APIs, CI/CD, observability, and monitoring platforms.
- Demonstrated experience leading enterprise-authorized AI-assisted software development tools and validating AI outputs for correctness, performance, and security.
- Understanding of responsible AI practices, data sensitivity, secure input and output handling, resiliency, and security controls, including coaching senior engineers and leads.
- Preferred experience with Azure or Google Cloud Platform.
- Preferred familiarity with MLOps, including CI/CD for ML, model monitoring, automated deployment, and ML pipelines.
