Responsibilities
- Serve as a technical expert across the AI Governance platform and troubleshoot major system components.
- Drive technical strategy, architecture decisions, platform evolution, and technical roadmaps.
- Design and deliver scalable, secure, highly available services for AI governance, observability, controls, and agent runtime management.
- Lead complex technical initiatives across multiple teams and provide alignment and execution leadership.
- Mentor engineers through architecture reviews, design guidance, and engineering best practices.
- Drive ambiguous initiatives from concept through implementation while improving performance, reliability, scalability, security, and operational excellence.
- Collaborate with Product, Design, QA, Operations, Architecture, and Engineering leaders.
- Contribute to incident response, root cause analysis, and continuous platform improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 12+ years of software engineering experience building enterprise-grade distributed systems.
- Deep expertise in Java, Spring Boot, cloud-native architectures, software architecture, and system design.
- Experience designing and operating highly scalable, secure, and resilient web services.
- Experience leading complex technical initiatives across multiple teams.
- Experience with modern AI platforms, agent frameworks, and LLM-powered applications.
- Familiarity with AI deployment ecosystems such as Amazon Bedrock, Microsoft Foundry, Google Vertex AI, Agent Core, or similar platforms.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
- Preferred qualifications include a master’s degree, experience with AI Governance, Trust & Safety, Security, Compliance, or Observability platforms, large-scale SaaS platforms, agentic AI systems, runtime governance, policy enforcement, evaluation frameworks, AI observability, and enterprise security or compliance architectures.
