Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end enterprise application architecture aligned with business objectives.
- Lead architecture discussions and define technology roadmaps for digital transformation initiatives.
- Architect cloud-native solutions leveraging Microsoft Azure services.
- Drive application modernization from monolithic systems to microservices-based architectures.
- Define architectural standards, coding guidelines, and best practices across engineering teams.
- Design scalable event-driven solutions using Apache Kafka.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Delivery Managers, Business Analysts, and Engineering teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Review solution designs, code quality, security, scalability, and performance.
- Lead technical governance, architecture reviews, and design approvals.
- Mentor senior developers and technical leads, fostering engineering excellence.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend adoption where appropriate.
- Ensure compliance with enterprise security, governance, and DevSecOps standards.
Requirements
- Strong expertise in Microsoft .NET and Azure Cloud.
- Proficiency in Python and event-driven architecture using Apache Kafka.
- Experience in designing cloud-native applications and microservices architectures.
- Ability to define architectural standards and best practices.
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills for engineering teams.
