Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end enterprise application architectures aligned with business objectives.
- Lead architecture discussions and define technology roadmaps for digital transformation initiatives.
- Architect cloud-native solutions leveraging Microsoft Azure services.
- Drive application modernization from monolithic systems to microservices-based architectures.
- Define architectural standards, coding guidelines, and best practices across engineering teams.
- Design scalable event-driven solutions using Apache Kafka.
- Review solution designs, code quality, security, scalability, and performance.
- Lead technical governance, architecture reviews, and design approvals.
- Mentor senior developers and technical leads.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend appropriate adoption.
- Ensure compliance with enterprise security, governance, and DevSecOps standards.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Delivery Managers, Business Analysts, and Engineering teams to support successful project delivery.
Requirements
- Strong expertise in Microsoft .NET, Azure Cloud, Python, and event-driven architecture using Apache Kafka.
- Experience designing enterprise-scale, cloud-native applications and modernizing monolithic systems.
- Ability to define technology roadmaps, architectural standards, coding guidelines, and engineering best practices.
- Ability to lead architecture reviews, technical governance, design approvals, and solution evaluations.
- Ability to mentor senior developers and technical leads and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Knowledge of enterprise security, governance, scalability, performance, and DevSecOps standards.
