Responsibilities
- Lead ServiceNow IRM quality engineering and functional testing across integrated risk management, compliance, risk events, and risk profile reporting.
- Provide thought leadership, consultation, mentoring, and guidance for the design, development, and execution of functional and regression testing.
- Collaborate with product owners, developers, and process leads to convert user stories and acceptance criteria into test cases.
- Define and manage end-to-end test scenarios covering business scenarios across GRC program towers.
- Design and maintain test plans, test strategies, and test data sets for first-, second-, and third-line-of-defense processes.
- Conduct impact analysis for releases, upgrades, and defect fixes and identify required test coverage.
- Provide test reporting, defect analysis, and UAT support during releases.
- Recommend improvements to test strategy, automation coverage, and DevOps integration, including automated CI/CT/CD pipeline implementation.
- Manage and lead the GRC program testing team.
Requirements
- Four to six years of total experience, including at least four years in the ServiceNow IRM/GRC domain and at least two years in a leadership role.
- Hands-on experience with risk management, compliance management, risk reporting, enterprise data management, compliance testing, issue management, incident management, control testing, PRC taxonomy, and advanced risk and compliance management.
- Strong understanding of QA, the STLC, agile testing methodologies, Jira/Azure DevOps integration, and testing tools.
- Experience with ADO/Azure DevOps, Jira, the ServiceNow testing module, or Bugzilla.
- Bachelor of Technology or equivalent bachelor-level qualification; an MBA is also listed among the required fields of study.
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – IRM or GRC is preferred.
- Experience with ServiceNow ATF, CI/CD pipeline and ATF test integration, Selenium with Java, and Playwright is preferred.
- Experience in large global financial institutions and strong documentation, communication, and defect-tracking skills are preferred.
