Base Salary
$200k - $275k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead technical discovery, qualification calls, product demos, whiteboard sessions, and technical deep dives with engineering and platform teams.
- Design and execute customer POCs, including CI performance benchmarking, pipeline optimization, and ROI validation.
- Advise customers on CI modernization, ephemeral compute, cost optimization, and migration from hyperscalers.
- Debug CI performance bottlenecks, runner reliability issues, pipeline misconfigurations, and customer environments.
- Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Engineering, and Product on account planning, onboarding, expansion, and roadmap feedback.
Requirements
- Experience in solutions engineering, field engineering, pre-sales, DevOps, or consulting.
- Hands-on understanding of CI/CD tooling, pipelines, and DevOps workflows, with GitHub Actions preferred.
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure such as AWS, GCP, or Azure, along with containerization or ephemeral compute systems.
- Ability to read logs, diagnose failures, understand code snippets, and reason about CI performance bottlenecks.
- Strong presentation, communication, storytelling, customer advisory, and technical problem-solving skills.
- Preferred experience includes Terraform, Docker, Kubernetes, observability tools, CI benchmarking, cloud cost analysis, enterprise evaluations, infrastructure automation, or ephemeral compute systems.
