Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver high-quality, scalable, maintainable, performant, and secure software solutions.
- Build and integrate enterprise applications and REST APIs.
- Develop frontend solutions using ReactJS, JavaScript, Redux, HTML, and CSS.
- Design and manage robust infrastructure and deployment pipelines using container platforms and related tools.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, engineers, and other functions to define requirements and solution strategies.
- Participate in code reviews, unit testing, knowledge sharing, and technical communities.
- Support production releases, operational activities, application troubleshooting, performance optimization, and monitoring.
- Manage risk, strengthen controls, and comply with relevant policies, regulations, and codes of conduct.
- Guide and support team members or act as a technical advisor as an individual contributor.
Requirements
- Strong hands-on development experience with Java, Spring Boot, and enterprise application integrations.
- Experience with ReactJS, JavaScript, Redux, HTML, CSS, Oracle, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB.
- Knowledge of OpenShift or Kubernetes container platforms and deployment pipelines.
- Experience with GitLab, SonarQube, Maven or Gradle, and Agile development methodologies.
- Good understanding of unit testing, code quality, and secure coding principles.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.
- Exposure to Kafka, IBM MQ, event-driven architectures, Wiz, Prisma, security tooling, Grafana, or Kibana is valued.
- Banking or financial services experience, performance optimization, application troubleshooting, and production support experience are valued.
- Ability to apply technical expertise, make evaluative judgments, communicate complex information, and collaborate across teams.
