Responsibilities
- Implement and tailor Altium Enterprise solutions across cloud and on-premises customer environments.
- Analyze customer frameworks, electronics hardware development processes, challenges, bottlenecks, and business drivers.
- Provide deep product expertise, technical guidance, process optimization, and customer-focused solution architecture.
- Create Statements of Work defining quantified tasks and deliverables for proposed solutions.
- Collaborate with Software Engineering on customized customer solutions.
- Work with R&D to resolve software issues with significant customer and business impact.
- Track and coordinate multiple efforts to deliver customer priorities on time and meet expectations.
- Build long-term customer relationships and explain complex technical concepts to varied audiences.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, Professional Services, or a similar customer-facing strategic role.
- Experience with Altium products is highly desirable.
- Subject matter expertise in PCB design, ECAD design processes, testing, PLM, or related functional areas.
- Strong hands-on experience with ECAD software, PLM integrations, and workflow management.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or equivalent degree and experience.
- Willingness to travel, including meeting customers on-site each month.
- Fluency in English is required; German fluency is beneficial.
