Responsibilities
- Lead technical discovery with strategic customers and translate business challenges into tailored enterprise architectures and AI solutions.
- Architect, prototype, and deliver secure, scalable LLM and agent systems with advanced RAG, tools, and guardrails.
- Lead end-to-end Proof-of-Value projects integrating with enterprise data, identity, and compliance frameworks.
- Present visionary solutions and business impact to C-suite executives and facilitate customer workshops in German.
- Drive implementation, adoption, and value realization across strategic accounts through achieved business outcomes.
- Codify domain and solution expertise into reusable methodologies and scalable assets while mentoring junior peers.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of executive-facing presales or value engineering experience with ownership of technical closes, AI transformation narratives, and Proof-of-Value execution.
- Demonstrated experience with complex ROI/TCO modeling and driving customer projects through achieved value.
- Deep knowledge of operational workflows and industry domains such as supply chain or finance.
- Proficiency in Python, modular API design, reusable library development, advanced SQL, and scalable data integration.
- Experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn, XGBoost, and Hugging Face.
- Strong presentation, whiteboarding, demonstration, and executive stakeholder engagement skills.
- Master’s degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent work experience preferred.
- Native-level or near-native written and spoken German proficiency.
