Responsibilities
- Meet onsite with customer analysts to understand critical questions and operational pain points.
- Identify relevant datasets and collaborate with Forward Deployed Engineers to integrate them into stable, extensible pipelines.
- Build bespoke workflows with customers for new user groups.
- Lead training sessions and promote adoption sufficient to create measurable operational impact.
- Present results and proposals to audiences ranging from analysts to C-suite executives.
- Embed with Software Engineering and Product Design teams to incorporate field insights into product offerings.
- Build and deliver demos for new and existing customers.
- Scope potential engagements in new industries and expanding global locations.
Requirements
- Fluency in Polish is required.
- Security clearance or the ability to obtain one is required.
- Ability to handle open-ended problems in unstructured environments and learn, teach, lead, and follow.
- Experience with programming, scripting, or statistical packages such as Python, R, Matlab, or SQL is a plus.
- Ability to travel 25–75% is required, varying by location and team.
