Responsibilities
- Meet with customer analysts to identify critical questions and pain points.
- Identify relevant datasets through deep engagement with customer workflows.
- Collaborate with customers to build customized workflows for new user groups.
- Lead training sessions to ensure product effectiveness and user adoption.
- Present results and proposals to audiences from analysts to executives.
- Work with engineering and product design teams to incorporate field insights.
- Create and deliver demos to new and existing customers.
- Scope potential engagements in new industries and locations.
Requirements
- Fluency in Polish is required.
- Ability to obtain security clearance is necessary.
- Experience with programming or statistical packages is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential.
- Willingness to travel 25-75% of the time is required.
