Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain integrations between Salesforce and enterprise business applications.
- Serve as a Salesforce subject-matter expert to troubleshoot integration issues and advise on data architecture.
- Partner with Revenue Operations and cross-functional teams to create scalable integration workflows.
- Build and maintain integrations using Workato or similar iPaaS platforms.
- Troubleshoot and debug integration issues to ensure data accuracy and service reliability.
- Document integration architecture and data flows for stakeholders.
- Work with SaaS vendor support teams to resolve technical issues.
- Support Salesforce release management and coordinate integration testing.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in integration development with Salesforce.
- Proven expertise in building integrations using Workato or a comparable iPaaS platform.
- Familiarity with enterprise business applications like NetSuite and HubSpot.
- Strong knowledge of integration methods such as REST/SOAP APIs and webhooks.
- Familiarity with authentication and authorization standards like OAuth2 and JWT.
- Experience with event-driven/messaging systems is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
