Base Salary
$173k - $240k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own the 12–24 month roadmap for headless CMS and Core Web Vitals improvements.
- Leverage the Contentful platform to enhance page velocity and personalization.
- Set and report on OKRs for Chime.com as a growth channel.
- Drive discovery for new platform capabilities and define requirements.
- Manage site health reporting in partnership with Analytics.
- Collaborate with SEO/AEO and Content Strategy to ensure best practices.
- Build a scalable operating model for page launches and site updates.
- Enable experimentation across the platform for CRO testing.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience with large-scale or headless CMS platforms.
- Strong knowledge of Core Web Vitals and performance-tuning techniques.
- Hands-on experience with technical SEO and web accessibility standards.
- Proven ability to write PRDs and drive sprint execution with engineering teams.
- Experience making roadmap trade-off decisions under resource constraints.
- Fluent in GA4, Looker, and Google Search Console.
- Skilled at translating technical complexity for non-technical stakeholders.
