- Design scalable technical solutions by analyzing user requirements and leading the design process.
- Develop and deliver Java and J2EE software according to specifications and design guidelines.
- Mentor and guide developers on coding standards, architecture, and technical implementation.
- Plan and allocate tasks across project teams and oversee module compatibility and integration.
- Participate in sprint planning, code reviews, testing, and continuous improvement.
- Manage deployments using Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines and resolve issues found during testing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and technology stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
Requirements
- At least 9 years of Java web-based application development experience.
- At least 3 years of experience guiding developers with technical help.
- Strong experience with Java, J2EE, Spring Boot, JPA, Hibernate, JDBC, SQL, JUnit, JSON, and web services.
- Knowledge of Java design patterns, object-oriented design, MVC, and cloud-based environments.
- Hands-on experience with Azure or AWS cloud services and Azure CI/CD pipelines.
- Sufficient Git experience for branching, tagging, merging, and managing large software projects.
- Strong problem-solving and leadership abilities, including the ability to guide teams and manage complex projects.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
