Responsibilities
- Own the technical design and delivery of customer implementations across MENA from kickoff through production cutover.
- Lead technical discovery, proof-of-concept design, demonstrations, and evaluations for regional prospects with Account Executives.
- Design solutions that fit customer technology stacks, constraints, and data-residency requirements.
- Represent Deepgram before Arabic-speaking customers and at regional events.
- Provide Arabic-language customer feedback to Product and Research teams, including model performance across dialects.
- Develop reusable implementation patterns, reference architectures, deployment playbooks, and automation.
- Support complex post-onboarding cases and help extend regional coverage toward APAC hours.
Requirements
- Native or professional-level Arabic fluency and excellent written and spoken English.
- Base in MENA preferred, or elsewhere in EMEA in a country supported by Deepgram’s employment partner.
- At least 4 years of experience implementing or deploying technical solutions for enterprise customers, ideally in customer-facing technical roles.
- Professional software development experience in at least one modern programming language such as Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, or Rust.
- Experience leading production deployments from design through cutover.
- Ability to scope complex technical work and sequence it for successful delivery.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for explaining technical concepts to engineering and business stakeholders.
- Preferred: comfort across multiple Arabic dialects, including Egyptian, Gulf, Levantine, and North African.
- Preferred: experience with speech recognition, natural language processing, AI voice agents, or related AI technologies.
- Preferred: knowledge of AWS, GCP, Azure, Docker, Kubernetes, SIP, WebRTC, and WebSocket streaming.
- Preferred: French proficiency and familiarity with procurement, information security, and regional data-residency expectations.
