Responsibilities
- Operate Jira, Confluence, and Jira Service Management.
- Configure Jira, Confluence, and Jira Service Management to achieve specific outcomes, processes, and dashboards.
- Write JQL, SQL, and HTML to build custom products.
- Track projects in Jira and upload and maintain documentation in Confluence.
- Research subjects independently, create training materials, prepare user-test instructions, and deliver training to coworkers or clients.
Requirements
- U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain at least a Secret security clearance, with potential upgrade to Top Secret.
- Certified Atlassian Developer with at least 3 years of experience.
- Expert-level experience with Jira, Confluence, and Jira Service Management.
- Expert knowledge of JQL, SQL, and HTML.
- Strong spoken and written English skills, Microsoft Office proficiency, and the ability to telework with reliable phone and internet connectivity.
- A bachelor’s degree with 3–5 years of experience is preferred.
- DoD knowledge or experience, CSS, Java, Python, technology knowledge, agile-practice experience, and adaptability in high-stress situations are preferred.
