Responsibilities
- Own integration systems end-to-end, from architecture to deployment and reliability.
- Contribute to the integration and provisioning roadmap alongside product and engineering management.
- Write design documents for significant changes to provisioning and sync systems.
- Drive alignment across squads on user state ownership and synchronization.
- Mentor colleagues in integration engineering patterns and provide feedback in design reviews.
Requirements
- Experience in translating complex business goals into technical roadmaps.
- Strong background in system architecture and designing scalable sync systems.
- Proficiency in API design and understanding of integration layer as a product.
- Expertise in backend engineering, including job processing and state management.
- Experience in leading observability practices and defining SLOs for integration systems.
- Ability to mentor and influence engineering practices and standards.
- Interest in AI-augmented workflows and agentic coding.
