- Lead observability and on-call practices for security-critical systems.
Requirements
- Experience in translating complex business goals into technical roadmaps.
- Proven ability to architect scalable and evolvable identity systems.
- Strong understanding of operational security and threat modeling.
- Experience in designing developer-friendly platforms with clear abstractions.
- Expertise in backend solutions involving API design and complex data models.
- Familiarity with CI/CD, testing strategies, and coding standards.
