Base Salary

$83k - $199k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Design, build, enhance, and support full-stack applications for performance measurement, client reporting, workflow automation, operational processes, and data analysis.
  • Develop scalable user interfaces, APIs, backend services, business logic, and database integrations.
  • Build responsive applications and dashboards using Angular, TypeScript, JavaScript, and modern UI design principles.
  • Develop and optimize backend services using Java, Spring Boot, Python, SQL, and Oracle.
  • Design RESTful service integrations and reusable components across warehouse, operational, and vendor platforms.
  • Work with financial datasets covering positions, transactions, reference data, FX, corporate actions, pricing and valuation, and account hierarchies.
  • Implement data quality, reconciliation, exception handling, monitoring, auditability, and operational resilience controls.
  • Contribute to automated testing, CI/CD, code reviews, secure coding, and containerized deployment practices.
  • Partner with product owners, business analysts, QA, architects, and business stakeholders in an Agile delivery model.
  • Support application modernization, developer productivity improvements, AI-enabled automation, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, production support, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • 7–10+ years of experience in software engineering, full-stack development, or enterprise application development.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, Python, SQL, Oracle, JavaScript, TypeScript, and Angular.
  • Experience building and supporting enterprise-grade full-stack applications with user interfaces, APIs, backend services, and database-driven solutions.
  • Experience developing REST APIs, integrating internal and external platforms, and working with JSON and XML data structures.
  • Advanced SQL and database experience involving query optimization, validation, reconciliation, troubleshooting, and data analysis.
  • Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git-based version control, automated testing, and secure SDLC practices.
  • Experience with cloud-based data platforms, modern data pipelines, enterprise integration patterns, data warehousing, dimensional modeling, ETL/ELT, and analytics-oriented data structures.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills, plus experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Preferred experience includes the Eagle product suite, asset servicing or asset management processes, performance measurement, attribution, NAV, risk/statistical reporting, operational workflows, and client SLA deliverables.
  • Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or GCP; Kafka, JMS, or MQ; and Splunk, Grafana, AppDynamics, Dynatrace, or Prometheus.
  • Experience modernizing legacy platforms and using AI-enabled development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Windsurf, Claude Code, or similar platforms.
  • Understanding of data quality, lineage, audit trails, and reconciliation controls in enterprise reporting environments.
