Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Build and own internal systems that power Parloa’s GTM organization from lead flow through customer expansion.
- Translate GTM strategy and business problems into scalable technical solutions.
- Design and develop AI-powered workflows to improve efficiency across the GTM motion.
- Rapidly prototype new ideas using AI-assisted development and evolve them into production-grade systems.
- Identify and automate bottlenecks and manual processes across the GTM lifecycle.
- Build and maintain integrations across core GTM systems using APIs and data pipelines.
- Ensure the quality, scalability, and maintainability of the systems built.
- Partner with GTM leadership to prioritize and deliver high-impact initiatives.
- Create intuitive tools for GTM teams to operate more independently.
Requirements
- Experience building and maintaining high-quality software systems or applications.
- Deep experience with AI-native development workflows and tools like Claude, Cursor, or Codex.
- Strong proficiency in TypeScript or JavaScript and Python.
- Experience with APIs, MCP, CLI tools, webhooks, and OAuth.
- Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments.
- Strong communication skills to work with non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to maintain high standards for reliability, scalability, and code quality.
- Understanding of version control and CI/CD practices.
