Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and optimize search system architecture and affiliated products.
- Improve system stability, high availability, performance, scalability, and cost efficiency for large-scale, high-concurrency systems.
- Develop core search capabilities and support partners with search functionality and high-quality content.
- Optimize online services, offline data flows, architecture abstractions, and processes for search scenarios.
- Research, design, and develop computer and network software and specialized utility programs.
- Update existing software and develop software testing and validation procedures.
- Work with computer hardware engineers to integrate hardware and software systems and define specifications and performance requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above in computer science or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience building scalable systems.
- Programming experience with C, C++, Java, or Golang; C++ experience is a plus.
- Strong programming ability, design skills, and code quality.
- Preferred experience with search engines, personalized recommendations, machine learning, distributed storage systems, or big data frameworks.
- Effective communication skills and a strong sense of ownership and drive.
