Base Salary
$208k - $312k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and build V as the primary agentic interface for work across Vercel.
- Develop the agent architecture to understand intent and execute workflows.
- Create polished experiences across Slack, web, and other platforms.
- Implement evaluation and feedback systems to measure V's performance.
- Establish primitives for team contributions without fragmentation.
- Define operational standards for a company run through an agent.
Requirements
- 7+ years of full-time software engineering experience.
- Strong proficiency in TypeScript.
- Comfortable working across product surfaces and system boundaries.
- Focus on quality of AI interactions and user experience.
- Track record of openness and adaptability in learning new technologies.
- Experience with agent harnesses is a plus but not required.
