Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end Salesforce Health Cloud solution architecture and delivery for large enterprise healthcare implementations.
- Own Health Cloud technical strategy across Salesforce core, Health Cloud extensions, integrations, data models, automation, security, scalability, and compliance.
- Translate healthcare business requirements into technical designs and guide developers toward scalable, best-practice implementations.
- Define and govern integration architecture using REST and SOAP APIs, middleware, FHIR, HL7, and EHR/EMR integrations.
- Lead requirements, solution design, development, testing, deployment, release management, and post-go-live support.
- Provide technical governance through architecture and code reviews, design documentation, performance tuning, governor-limit optimization, and technical debt management.
- Lead and mentor distributed Salesforce teams including developers, administrators, QA, and offshore delivery teams.
- Advise stakeholders on Salesforce capabilities, solution trade-offs, healthcare workflows, data access, sharing rules, consent management, and compliance.
- Participate in roadmap planning, platform evolution, Agile ceremonies, release strategy, proofs of concept, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Prepare process flows, business process models, functional diagrams, user guides, training materials, and release notes.
Requirements
- 5.5+ years of total professional experience.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
- Deep expertise in Salesforce Health Cloud features including Patient/Member Profiles, Care Plans, Care Programs, Care Teams, Health Timelines, Assessments, Care Gaps, and Utilization Management.
- Hands-on leadership experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, Triggers, Batch Apex, and Salesforce APIs.
- Experience defining integration architecture with REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, FHIR, HL7, and EHR/EMR systems.
- Strong understanding of payer and provider workflows and patient/member lifecycle management.
- Experience leading Salesforce architecture, technical governance, design reviews, troubleshooting, and complex healthcare implementations.
- Hands-on experience with Copado, Git, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, DevOps, and CI/CD tools.
- Experience leading and mentoring multi-shore Salesforce delivery teams.
- Strong communication, leadership, decision-making, stakeholder management, and consulting skills.
- Experience with Agile or Scaled Agile environments, sprint planning, release management, and collaboration with program managers.
