Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end Salesforce Health Cloud architecture and delivery for enterprise healthcare implementations.
- Translate healthcare business requirements into scalable technical designs, solution architectures, process flows, and documentation.
- Define Salesforce, Health Cloud, integration, data, automation, security, compliance, and performance strategies.
- Lead design and code reviews, govern technical decisions, manage architectural risks and technical debt, and enforce Salesforce best practices.
- Guide development teams across requirements, design, development, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
- Lead and mentor multi-shore Salesforce developers, administrators, QA personnel, and delivery teams.
- Design and govern integrations involving REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, FHIR, HL7, and EHR/EMR systems.
- Advise stakeholders on Salesforce capabilities, solution trade-offs, roadmap planning, release strategy, and platform evolution.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, release management, user adoption activities, troubleshooting, and proof-of-concept development.
Requirements
- 4+ years of total professional experience.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
- Deep expertise in Salesforce Health Cloud features including Patient/Member Profiles, Care Plans, Care Programs, Care Teams, Health Timelines, Assessments, Care Gaps, and Utilization Management.
- Experience leading enterprise Salesforce Health Cloud solution architecture and delivery.
- Hands-on leadership experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, Triggers, Batch Apex, and Salesforce APIs.
- Experience defining integration architecture using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, FHIR, HL7, and EHR/EMR integrations.
- Understanding of payer/provider workflows, patient/member lifecycle management, Salesforce security, data access, sharing rules, consent management, HIPAA, and PHI.
- Experience with DevOps and CI/CD tools such as Copado, Git, Azure DevOps, and Jenkins.
- Experience leading and mentoring distributed Salesforce teams and collaborating with program managers.
- Strong communication, leadership, decision-making, stakeholder management, architecture, troubleshooting, and technical governance skills.
- Experience working in Agile or Scaled Agile environments, including sprint planning and release management.
