Responsibilities
- Design and maintain private APIs for web and mobile applications.
- Design database models and optimize performance.
- Fix system issues related to HTTP/3 connections.
- Implement caching solutions and improve connection pooling.
- Profile and identify bottlenecks for HTTP/WebSockets requests.
- Enhance observability and monitoring for operational incidents.
- Scale services through architectural and infrastructure improvements.
- Open-source non-trivial innovations from product work.
- Iterate on software development processes for AI-native tools.
- Add enterprise-grade features like Audit Logs and SAML/SSO.
Requirements
- Proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript.
- Experience with Svelte and SvelteKit.
- Familiarity with Node, Postgres, and Redis.
- Knowledge of WebSockets and managed Kubernetes on AWS.
- Experience with monitoring tools like Axiom, HyperDX, Prometheus, or OpenTelemetry.
