Base Salary
$107k - $161k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build scalable and intuitive full-stack applications for bankers using frontend and middleware technologies.
- Apply sound engineering principles across the software development lifecycle and use modern CI/CD toolsets.
- Incorporate privacy, security, DevSecOps, and SRE best practices to deliver secure, resilient, and scalable solutions.
- Improve software architecture, development processes, and technology choices.
- Communicate with clients and project teams to clarify needs, present technical ideas, and explain development progress.
- Explore existing applications to identify complexity and implementation risks.
- Mentor developers and organize design, code, and technical document reviews.
- Collaborate on technical strategy, delivery, team development, and engineering excellence.
Requirements
- At least 6 years of relevant full-stack development experience.
- Bachelor’s degree or university degree, or equivalent experience.
- Strong full-stack engineering experience with modern web applications.
- In-depth knowledge of JavaScript and functional programming paradigms.
- Expertise with Angular, Java, Spring Boot, GraphQL, NoSQL databases, and Kafka.
- Extensive experience testing user interfaces.
- Experience working in an agile development environment.
- Ability to operate with limited direct supervision and take ownership of successful delivery.
